I am a psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience working with adults, children and teens, and families. In addition to private practice, I have worked in a county mental health clinic with individuals and families who are struggling with mild to severe problems. They include, but are not limited to life transitions, depression and bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related disorders, grief and loss issues, anger problems, low self esteem, family conflict, bullying, and physical and sexual abuse. It is my job to work with you to move towards your treatment goals and a higher level of functioning and contentedness.
